Luruk-In artist Aimee McCartney was recently contacted by the spouse of a current serving ADF member to produce a commission piece on an AFL Sherrin Football. In discussions with the members wife, she wanted to recognise her husbands 34 year career in both the Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force whilst incorporating his love for AFL and Indigenous artwork.
