Taungurung artist Aimee McCartney recently commissioned to produce her first mural as part of the Dindi Arts Trail. The Dindi Arts Trail is a series of murals throughout the Kinglake Ranges displaying the unique charm of the local area and its wildlife.
On Saturday 14 January 2023, Aimee completed the mural entitled "Dhulangi Taungurung Biik". The mural is a reflection of biik "country' in Toolangi and features the word Dhulangi in Taungurung language meaning "stringy barks" which refers to the high mountain ash which dominate the area.
